About Our Founder
Desmond (Co-Founder) received a frustrated call from his aunty. His Auntie’s local shop was randomly attacked by fifteen fake reviews that brought down the rating of the store from 4.9 to 3.6.
This had a catastrophic impact on the credibility of the business, and this was a defining moment when Desmond realised there must be a way to remove fake and malicious reviews for good. After speaking with several top law firms and cybersecurity agencies around the country he decided to launch Remove Digital.
Our Mission
The business took off from day one and received hundreds of enquiries daily and within months it was operating across Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. We were thrilled, and still are, with our mission to help businesses restore their online reputation from malicious online attacks.
